1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the banglbd platform in any capacity — including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, accessing live dealer tables, depositing or withdrawing funds, or simply browsing the platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and banglbd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the banglbd platform. Continued use of banglbd after any revision to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

banglbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, banglbd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is the player's responsibility to review the current version of these terms periodically. The most recent version will always be accessible at banglbd.net/terms-conditions.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the governing language for all legal interpretation. In the event of any dispute arising from these terms, the English version shall be the authoritative text.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the banglbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and banglbd with respect to your use of the platform, superseding all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether written or oral.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use banglbd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing banglbd voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, organisation, or third party.
• You are not using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the banglbd platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a banglbd employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from banglbd or had an account closed for violations of these terms.
• Your use of banglbd does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.1 Age Verification

banglbd enforces a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all registered accounts. As part of KYC, you will be required to submit proof of identity and proof of age — typically a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. banglbd reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one banglbd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of banglbd services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a banglbd account. Registration is free of charge and requires a valid email address, a secure password, and basic personal details.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep this information updated throughout the lifetime of your account. banglbd reserves the right to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your banglbd login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. banglbd strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication for all accounts.

3.3 Unauthorised Account Access

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your banglbd account, you must notify banglbd immediately at [email protected]. banglbd accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

3.4 Account Currency

All banglbd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Players may deposit, play, and withdraw exclusively in BDT. banglbd does not offer multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions processed through supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on the banglbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. banglbd is committed to processing payments promptly and transparently, with no hidden fees on standard BDT transactions.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. banglbd will not process withdrawal requests to payment methods that differ from those used to make deposits, except in circumstances where the original deposit method is no longer available, at banglbd's discretion. banglbd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.

4.4 Deposits Must Be Player-Owned Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your banglbd account are your own, legally obtained funds. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or depositing proceeds from any illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities where banglbd is legally required to do so.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts awarded to a banglbd account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and any game contribution percentages will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. banglbd will not retroactively apply stricter wagering requirements to a bonus after it has been credited to your account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

banglbd monitors all player activity for signs of bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of bonuses and, at banglbd's discretion, account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Placing low-risk, hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotion terms.
• Using automated software to place bets during a bonus period.
• Providing false personal details to claim a new-player bonus on an existing player's behalf.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses credited to a banglbd account carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirements attached to a bonus are not met within the stated validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the account automatically. Expiry timelines are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the banglbd sportsbook and all wagers placed in the banglbd casino are subject to the specific rules governing the applicable game or market, as published within the banglbd platform. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rule will prevail in relation to that game or market only.

6.1 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on banglbd cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI and Test series involving Bangladesh Tigers, and other international cricket competitions. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant match or competition as declared by the governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to the affected competition.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket and sports events. banglbd cannot guarantee the continuous availability of live markets due to the real-time nature of live events. banglbd reserves the right to suspend, void, or close any live betting market at any time where there is evidence of irregularity, data delay, or technical disruption. Bets accepted before a market is suspended will be honoured unless they are subject to a manifest error.

6.3 Manifest Error

banglbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were the result of an obvious error — including but not limited to pricing errors, technical faults, or data feed failures — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Where a manifest error is identified after settlement, banglbd will recalculate the correct settlement and adjust account balances accordingly.

6.4 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games offered on banglbd are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules, RTP (return to player) percentages, and game mechanics for each title are governed by the respective provider and are made available within the game interface. banglbd is not responsible for the outcome of individual game sessions beyond ensuring that games are delivered correctly from verified, audited providers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the banglbd platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and potential reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen identity documents during registration or KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using the banglbd platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access banglbd if you are under 18 years of age.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on banglbd.
• Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used to place bets or play games on banglbd.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access, use, or operate your banglbd account on your behalf.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an undue financial advantage.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

banglbd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the banglbd Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement requiring the account to be closed.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your banglbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet, no withdrawal). banglbd will attempt to notify the account holder by email before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the dormant account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. banglbd will not deduct a dormant fee where the account balance is already zero.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, banglbd's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the banglbd platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. banglbd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from use of the platform.

8.4 Contact & Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your banglbd account, please contact the support team at [email protected]. banglbd aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve disputes within 7 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the banglbd support process, you may seek independent legal advice.
